- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) not directly facilitated by the Services.
- Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or technology comprising the isnotworking.co.uk Site.

- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or the network(s) connected to our servers, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission, with the exception of public search engines indexing content for the purpose of displaying it in search results.
This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by isnotworking.co.uk at any time, at our discretion. Upon terminating this licence, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
4. User Conduct and Community Reporting
You are solely responsible for your conduct when using the Services, including when submitting reports via the Community Reporting feature. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
A. Specific Rules for Community Reporting
When submitting a report about a third-party service's status, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, inaccurate, or malicious information. Reports must be a good-faith reflection of your actual experience.
- Use abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or unlawful language.

- Impersonate any other person or entity.
isnotworking.co.uk reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, filter, edit, or remove user-submitted reports that, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or are otherwise deemed inappropriate, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in the restriction of your access to the reporting feature or the Site.
